Karina's Bakery has been a quiet presence on Austell Road SW since day one — a place where the smell of rising dough greets you before you step inside, and every loaf, croissant, and cake is shaped by hands that care about the result.
We bake everything from scratch, each morning, using recipes that have been refined over years of practice. Our sourdough ferments slowly. Our butter croissants are laminated by hand. Our cakes are decorated the way you asked — no shortcuts, no compromises.

What We Make
Sourdough, ciabatta, focaccia, and seasonal loaves — slow-fermented, crusty on the outside, soft within. Baked fresh every morning.
Butter croissants, danish, muffins, and morning rolls — flaky, golden, and made the old way. Paired with fresh coffee or espresso.
Birthdays, weddings, milestones — order a custom cake designed for your occasion. Call ahead so we can make it perfect.
